Donnegan Systems provides a wide variety of color-coded folder systems. Each systems is tailored to a specific customer application. No matter how large your filing system is, our system design will help to reduce file search time and reduce misfiles.

An important part of our service includes converting old systems to new systems. If an existing database of index information is available, we will create unique labels (and we suggest adding a barcode as part of these labels) and apply them to the corresponding folders. If the appropriate database is not available, we offer an on site data capture service. You receive the folders labeled, in order, and ready to use. Ultimately, we can also physically transfer existing folder contents into the new folders.

Barcode file tracking labels, hardware and software can greatly speed file location and reduce the number of lost files. Aside from these operational gains, the addition of barcode labels is an inexpensive first step to data entry if the information contained if the file is subsequently added to an imaging system or off site storage system.
